To support you during this time, we offer the Quality of Life Assessment developed by Dr. Xie at Chi University. This tool is designed to help you evaluate your pet’s current condition and identify areas where we may be able to provide support or improvement. The Quality of Life Assessment can bring you peace of mind in making tough decisions and guide you in seeking additional comfort care.
Once you’ve completed the assessment, you can choose to send the information to us for further assistance and guidance. Together, we can ensure your pet receives the compassion and care they deserve.
